Tricia has been with the team for over 25 years and brings a customer-focused approach to everything she does. She handles sales, ordering, and just about anything that needs to be done. A true asset to our team, she will likely be the one smiling when you enter our store. Married for over 37 years and a proud mother of two daughters and grandmother of two energetic grandsons, Tricia treasures her time spent with family. Her favorite part of her job is interacting with customers, and she truly enjoys making their experience memorable. Outside of work, Tricia has a passion for cooking and baking, often delighting her loved ones (including her office family) with homemade treats (and man is her cookin GOOD). She's dedicated and we love having her on our team.

Marketing

Maddie has a true passion for capturing the beauty of everyday moments. As our Marketing Specialist, she brings her creative touch to managing our online presence, ensuring that it reflects the heart of what we do. Engaged to be married in September, Maddie brings a warm and joyful energy to everything she does. Outside of her professional role, Maddie enjoys singing and playing piano and ukulele, as well as being an avid gamer. A nature enthusiast, Maddie takes pride in tending to her plants, nurturing both her green thumb and creative spirit. With her vibrant personality and artistic eye, Maddie’s contributions are felt in every aspect of our marketing efforts.

Computer Technician

Scott is an enthusiastic team member with a passion for both technology and helping others. Engaged to be married, he finds joy in making meaningful connections, whether it's guiding colleagues through a challenging task or sharing his knowledge about computers. With a natural love for teaching, Scott is always excited to support others and help them learn, as long as they're up for it! Outside of work, he enjoys editing videos and unleashing his creativity. Whether it's solving a technical issue or editing the perfect shot, Scott brings energy, dedication, and a true passion for what he does.

Ed is a long-time Intel team member with decades of experience as a Computer Technician, and a true passion for helping others. A devoted husband of 49 years, father of three, and proud owner of a lively Beagle, Ed values both family and community. He enjoys learning something new every day and finds fulfillment in supporting others with his technical expertise. Outside of work, Ed likes to work on cars, go camping, and spend quality time with his grandchildren and Beagle. His dedication to both his career and personal life makes him an invaluable part of the team.
